General Conduct

Respect is mandatory.

"No" means no—always. Be courteous, responsible, and keep your hands to yourself unless clear consent is given, regardless of gender. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will result in removal.

Dress Code

Swimwear is required throughout the hotel, except on the third floor and in the ballroom during the dance party. The vibe is casual—wear what makes you feel confident and comfortable.

Reporting Issues

We can't address problems if we don't know about them. If someone or something makes you uncomfortable, please speak up.

You're not "ruining" the event—disrespect already did that.

Photos & Phones

Photos are allowed in non-play areas with everyone's consent.

No phones or recording devices are permitted in play rooms.

Alcohol

An open bar is available during the dance and play parties, staffed by our bartender. BYOB is optional, but drinks must be kept in your room.

No glass containers, especially in the pool area—plastic only.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges.

In rare cases, room portion refunds may be issued for mechanical issues, subject to processing fees. Refunds require advance notice and depend on our ability to rebook your room. Processing can take up to 5 business days.

Room transfers or resales must go through in-house reservations—no exceptions.

Event cancellations due to force majeure ("Acts of God") do not guarantee refunds.
