Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for tickets, passes, or packages — no exceptions.

Room Cancellations:

In rare cases, a refund for the hotel room portion may be considered if there are verified mechanical or facility-related issues. These refunds are:

• Subject to processing fees

• Require advance notice

• Depend on our ability to rebook the room

• May take up to 5 business days to process

Transfers & Resales:

Room transfers or resales must be arranged exclusively through our in-house reservations team. Unauthorized transfers will not be honored.

Force Majeure:

If the event is canceled or interrupted due to force majeure (including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies), refunds are not guaranteed.
